How to Repair Your Squishy 🩹
Step 1: Clean the Area
Gently clean the outside of your broken squishy around the hole. Make sure the area is free of dirt, dust, debris, and any residue so the adhesive can properly cover the damaged spot.
Step 2: Apply the Adhesive
Once the area is clean and dry, apply enough TPR adhesive to completely cover the hole. You can apply a little extra to ensure the entire damaged area is covered!
Step 3: Apply Plastic Wrap
Gently place a piece of plastic wrap (Saran Wrap) over the adhesive and the hole. Smooth it down so it lies flat against the squishy, without wrinkles or air pockets over the repair.
Step 4: Wrap and Wait
Carefully wrap the plastic around the squishy, keeping it snug over the repair without squeezing out the adhesive. Let your squishy sit undisturbed for 24 hours to allow the adhesive to cure.
Step 5: Reveal Your Repair!
After 24 hours, slowly and gently peel away the plastic wrap. Once the adhesive has fully cured, give your squishy a gentle squeeze and see how your repair turned out!
